Tryflubrio S.A.C. (hereinafter, "Tryflubrio") values the trust of its users and is committed to processing personal data in accordance with Peruvian Law No. 29733 on Personal Data Protection and its Regulations (Supreme Decree 003-2013-JUS).

2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide when filling in our forms: full name and email address. Automatically, we collect technical data (truncated IP address, browser type, pages visited) only with your prior consent through the cookie banner.
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is used to: (i) provide access to educational materials, (ii) send the newsletter if you have requested it, (iii) comply with applicable legal obligations, (iv) improve the user experience of the site through statistical analysis.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your express, free, prior, informed and unequivocal consent, given when you check the corresponding boxes on each form.
5. Retention
We retain data for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the indicated purposes and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods. Newsletter data is retained until you request unsubscription.

Your data is stored on servers located in Peru and the European Union, with providers that comply with equivalent protection standards. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
7. Your ARCO rights
As a data subject, you may exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO), as well as withdraw your consent. To do so, write to privacy@tryflubrio.com attaching a copy of your ID. You may also file a complaint with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
8. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), role-based access control and periodic audits, to preserve the confidentiality and integrity of the information.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory changes or improvements in our services. Any modification will be published on this same page with its update date.
